Services
At SPHERE we foster collaborations that go beyond traditional research boundaries, enabling research to occur without the limitations of specialty, region and workplace.
Unique services
Through grant support, nurturing connections and collaborations between researchers and clinicians as well as offering education and training we provide unique services to our membership.
Grants
Our Seed Funding program kickstarts researchers’ funding journeys, often leading to additional external funding and upscaling of projects which further advance their work.
We also actively pursue funding opportunities for our Clinical Themes and Platforms, fostering collaboration to enhance their funding success.

NHMRC Collaborations in Health Services Research Grant 2024 – SPHERE support
The CHSRG aims to support small-scale research projects that are crucial for health services and their communities. It emphasises fostering partnerships that drive innovation and translate research findings into scalable health care practices. This initiative seeks to increase collaboration and build research and translation capabilities among health services, researchers, and communities.
SPHERE is providing support across its partnership for the CHSRG, ensuring a robust and coordinated approach to bid development. This includes assisting with project matching, coordinating applications, and offering guidance on aligning research proposals with the grant’s objectives.
SPHERE is also committing up to $100,000 per the successful grant application as partnership support, contingent on confirmation of indicative support and grant success.
