“Banners for Boiling World” is a collaborative project featured at SLOT Window Gallery on Botany Rd, Sydney. A work that was made by many hands, “Banners for Boiling World” discusses ways of caring for the earth, future possibilities, and collective responsibility in regard to climate change. When faced with an impending climate catastrophe, engaging in social interactions where new attitudes and understandings are fostered is crucial. This work builds upon principles of collage to discuss the social and psychological dimensions of the climate crisis.
