web

As SPHERE marks 10 years of advancing translational research, a special awards program will form part of the anniversary celebrations, recognising the people and partnerships driving meaningful change across the health system.

The SPHERE 10 Years of Impact Awards will highlight outstanding contributions from across the Partnership, showcasing research that is improving patient outcomes, strengthening health services, and addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing our communities.

Executive Director, Professor Julie White, said the awards are an important way to acknowledge the collective impact of the SPHERE community over the past decade.

“This anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved and to recognise the individuals and teams who have helped translate research into real improvements in health care,” she said.

“These awards celebrate the strength of collaboration across our network and the shared commitment to improving outcomes for patients and communities.”

The award categories are:
• Equity in Health Impact Award
• Innovation and Implementation Award
• Partnership & Collaboration Award
• Emerging Researcher Award
• Women in Translational Health Leadership Award

Nominations are now open, with individuals and teams encouraged to either self-nominate or nominate others. All nominations require endorsement by an organisation representative.

All submissions will be reviewed and assessed by an expert judging panel.
