Bianca Badolato, SPHERE’s new admin expert

Bianca Badolato, SPHERE's new Administration Officer, brings a wealth of administrative experience to our team.

Formerly the Executive Officer to the CEO at Serco, a global company supporting governments in delivering essential public services, Bianca's primary role involved keeping the CEO well-informed and ensuring his focus on key projects. With honed relationship-building skills, Bianca has seamlessly transitioned into her role at SPHERE, where she believes her expertise aligns with the organisation's mission to bring people together.

Intrigued by SPHERE's commitment to collaborative efforts in addressing significant health challenges, Bianca saw an exciting opportunity to contribute her skillset to this dynamic space. In addition to her strengths in relationship building, Bianca also brings exceptional organisational skills to the role. Bianca's role as Administration Officer at SPHERE involves offering streamlined administrative support to the Executive team. This team includes the Executive Director, Operations Manager, Business Outcomes Coordinator, and the Chair of the SPHERE Council.

On a personal note, she enjoys traveling and embarking on outdoor adventures with her family, which includes her two young children.
