‘5 years of a healthcare revolution’ report launched

Today, Maridulu Budyari Gumal, the Sydney Partnership for Health, Education, Research and Enterprise (SPHERE) launched Five years of a healthcare revolution.

 This report celebrates collaboration, showcases key achievements and highlights The Partnership’s vision of tackling this century’s biggest healthcare challenges.

 

The future of Maridulu Budyari Gumal 

The purpose of Maridulu Budyari Gumal is to improve the health outcomes of the communities we serve.

Collaboration and partnership are at the centre of what we do. Through collaboration and partnership we enhance our ability to tackle the big issues. By bringing together our research capabilities we can facilitate the development of world-class, innovative solutions, and implement research outcomes into practice faster and at scale. Our work informs policy development and can fundamentally change the way we deliver care for our communities.

"We have achieved a great deal in our first five years, building strong and productive networks and strategic programs across The Partnership. We have influenced policy and driven practice changes, not only within the communities we serve, but at a state, national and international level," said Ms Amanda Larkin, Chair, Maridulu Budyari Gumal Council. 

"We have an outstanding opportunity to leverage the solid foundation we have built and to take our partnership to an unprecedented level of collaborative discovery and impact.

"I am excited about what the future holds, and about what we can achieve by working with the most innovative, thought-generating, enthusiastic and motivated group of organisations who are passionate about improving the health of our communities."
