Maridulu Budyari Gumal, the Sydney Partnerships for Health, Education, Research and Enterprise (SPHERE) Cancer Clinical Theme is excited to bring together a series of workshops to holistically support PhD candidates (with a research focus on cancer) in academic resilience and wellbeing.

Online Workshop # 2 Staying Well During Your PhD
Undertaking a PhD is both an exciting and challenging experience. It can be an emotional roller-coaster. The excitement of working on something you care about, exploring new ideas and contributing to knowledge can often be lost when challenges of feeling isolated and overwhelmed, uncertainty, conflict, and loss of motivation arise. This workshop draws on evidence-based strategies to help YOU stay well during your PhD.
