The Nursing Career Pathways (NCP) initiative was co-designed by nurses and informed by evidence to make the diversity of nursing careers more visible. It brings together 12 distinct pathways that support career development and strengthen professional identity across the profession.

This presentation will provide an overview of the NCP journey before focusing on the Nurses in Research pathway, highlighting opportunities for nurses to lead, generate, and translate evidence to improve health outcomes and healthcare systems.
