AAIC Neuroscience Next

This global hybrid event will showcase the next generation of Alzheimer's and dementia researchers.

The free conference is taking place virtually from 23-26 February, with specialised in-person programming offered at NICM HRI on 24-25 February at Western Sydney University's Westmead campus.  The conference will explore dementia research through an inclusive lens. The first day is focused on strategies for earlier intervention while the second day focuses on post-diagnostic supports for lifestyle and psychosocial care.  

Speakers: World leading experts in dementia research as well as several local advocates including: Associate Professor Rachel Buckley from Harvard Medical School, Scientia Professor Henry Brodaty from the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing, Donne Lee from the Western Sydney Dementia Alliance, Daniela Montero and Sanna Sartawy from Dementia Action Groups, Bill Yeates from Dementia Australia and Dementia Alliance International.
